Welcome to Elen Casanovas Print Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions regulate access to and use of elen-casanovas.shop and the purchase of products through this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679) and Spanish consumer protection laws (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios – Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

This website sells fine art photographic prints created and produced by the artist.
2. Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and without infringing the rights of the seller or third parties. Unauthorised use of content, images, or text is prohibited.
3. Product Information
We sell fine art photographic prints, produced on demand using archival materials.
Colours, tones, and textures may vary slightly between screen displays and printed materials.
– Limited Editions are signed and numbered. Once sold out, no additional prints will be produced.
– Open Editions are signed but not numbered.
A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each print.
No AI tools were used in the creation of the artworks.
4. Prices & Taxes
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with Spanish law.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Purchasing Process
To place an order:
Select your print and size
Add it to the cart
Complete payment using the available methods
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for reasons including unavailable materials, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through:
– Stripe (credit/debit cards)
– PayPal (if enabled)
We do not store your credit card details.
Processing of personal data in payments follows GDPR and the policies of each payment provider.
7. Production and Shipping
All prints are made to order.
Production time: 5–10 business days.
Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
By placing an order, you accept that delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors.
8. Returns, Replacements & Right of Withdrawal (EU law)
According to Article 103(c) of the LGDCU, the right to withdrawal does not apply to:
Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Because all prints are produced to order, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of:
– Damage during shipping
– Production defects
– Delivery of an incorrect product
In these cases, a replacement print will be issued once the issue is verified.

9. Liability
We are not responsible for:
– Delays caused by courier services or customs
– Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
– Differences in colour between digital screens and printed works
– Loss or damage caused by improper handling after delivery
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Elen Casanovas.
Reproduction, distribution, digital copying, resale, or modification of any artwork or content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Buying a print grants you physical ownership of the print only, not the copyright.

Your personal data is processed in compliance with:
